At Dr Sam's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your expectations. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit, including the original packing slip if available.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
